    You can book directly through the scheduler on the site. A discovery call is available if you want help choosing the right service.

  • Do you work in person or online?

    Both. Online sessions via Zoom are most common and effective. In-person sessions are offered in Long Beach.

  • Can I do hypnosis while seeing a therapist or doctor?

    Yes. Hypnosis often complements therapy or medical treatment well. With your consent, it can support existing care.

  • Who do you work with?

    I work with adults seeking support with stress, anxiety, overthinking, transitions, habit change, confidence, and nervous system regulation.

  • Do you take insurance?

    No. I’m a private-pay practice. You may use HSA or FSA funds, and receipts can be provided.

  • What are your rates?

    Pricing varies by service and session type. Current rates are listed on the booking page.

  • Are there people you don’t work with?

    Yes. I don’t work with:

    - active psychosis

    - untreated severe mental illness

    - people under the influence of substances

    - crisis or emergency situations

    Hypnosis is not a replacement for medical or emergency care.

  • Is hypnosis safe?

    Yes. Hypnosis is considered safe when practiced by a trained professional. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can stop the process at any time.

  • Do I have to believe in hypnosis for it to work?

    No. You don’t need belief. You need willingness and participation. Skeptical, analytical, and overthinking clients often do very well.

  • What does hypnosis feel like?

    Most people describe it as calm, focused, and relaxed. Similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. You are not unconscious or “out of it.”

  • How many sessions will I need?

    That depends on your goals. Some people notice shifts quickly. Others benefit from a short series to support deeper or more stable change. We’ll assess together.
