What Is Hypnotherapy—and Why Does It Work?
Hypnotherapy taps into the part of your mind where patterns, habits and emotional memories live. In a relaxed, focused state, the critical, overthinking part of your brain steps aside, making room for real change. You stay aware and in charge; hypnosis isn’t something done to you. It’s a tool we use together, which is why it often works faster and more gently than talk‑based approaches.

Every session starts with a short check‑in about your goals. You’ll sit comfortably while I guide you into a focused state. Depending on what your subconscious needs, I might use guided imagery, parts work, tapping, dreamwork or expressive art. Sessions are available online or in my Long Beach studio. Many clients notice shifts after one or two sessions; deeper patterns may take four to six.

Session Rates
Initial hypnotherapy session (75–90 min): $165
Follow‑up sessions (60–75 min): $140
Past life regression (2.5 hours): $350
Sliding scale and package rates are available. Past‑life sessions may be offered virtually or in person.
